The Photo app isn't working well with iCloud Photo Library

The Photo app isn't working well, I activate the iCloud Photo Library and the app doesn't show my albums and on the shared albums it doesn't show the activity which is suppose to be at the top, in my apple tv is just a blank space where by the way you can click and see the activities....

I've the 4th generation, and using the latest version of tvOS.

Any ideas why this is happening or is just a another bug from the software?.
